Dating Strategy Sessions

Who it’s for: You are burnt out, cynical, spiraling, or exhausted by apps and pressure. You feel stuck in repeated patterns or hopeless beliefs.
We will lead you through a guided, purposeful one-month break from dating, with prompts that help you identify and reframe dating fears, identify and challenge patterns that are holding you back, and practice self-compassion.
By the end of the month, you will know what you bring to the table and be ready to get back to dating more intentionally and confidently!

Who it’s for: You’re either in a “I’ll go out with anyone!” mindset or you have a rigid checklist of what you want…or maybe you are oscillating back and forth between the two. Or you simply do not know what you are looking for in a partner.
In this session, you will get clear on REAL preferences rooted in values and feelings, not fear-based checklists.
You will leave with colorful definitions of your unique and meaningful preferences, as well as a clear vision of what it would feel like to be with the right person.

Who it’s for: You have clarified your preferences, but you are still wasting time and energy on people who aren’t right for you.
In this session, you will learn to recognize alignment fast and stop performing or clinging to possibilities.
You will walk away with a strategic plan for determining whether someone aligns with your preferences, as well as practice how to move forward or move on.

Who it’s for: You have completed a Preferences Clarity and Assessing Alignment Session. Now you’re ready to put those tools to use! We can focus on dating app strategy or meeting people IRL, depending on your preference.
